How to Download & Install Java

First of all download JDK(Java Development Kit) and install it on your machine. To download JDK8 Click here and also you can find Many versions of java Here.


After successfully downloading Double click on “jdk-8u101-windows-i586.exe” for installation.

When you click on “jdk-8u101-windows-i586.exe” it will ask you for permission. Click on the yes button for starting the installation. After that, your installation will start you will see like this.

Click next for starting the installation. you will see like this

Click on Next button to process installation. you can also change drive to some another drive (Eg. - C:\\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0\ to D:\\MyJavaFolder ,or E:\\<yourFolderName> etc. ) for Doing this Click on change button for changing the location of the java file. You can change it to another drive here I am placing my java file into (G:\Java) location.

Note: - Replace <yourFolderName> with your Selected Folder name.

After changing folder name Click Next Button.

You can change JRE(Java Run-Time Environment) installation file to some another folder, for changing folder name Click Change Button, otherwise, Click on to Next Button

Click on the OK button to Start Installation. After that, it will look like this.

After this window, your installation is almost done the screen will look like this

jdk1.8.0 is installed on your machine you can find it into your selected folder. Open that particular folder and see java file is there named as jdk1.8.0 . and many more files are placed in that folder.
